Service
G Inventory is a web-based inventory service. Features and limits follow the active plan, add-ons and trial allocation.
Accounts and access
Registration is invitation-only. Customers are responsible for their users, passwords, two-step verification and permission settings.
AI-assisted results
AI output may contain errors. Customers must verify product, quantity and movement details before confirming inventory changes.
Fees and documents
First-version payments are recorded manually. Quotations and Payment Receipts are commercial records and are not MyInvois e-Invoices.
Expiry and retention
Expired subscriptions become read-only immediately. Data is retained for 90 days, after which the platform owner may approve deletion.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful content, attack the service or access another company’s data.
