Information we collect
We store account details, company inventory, uploaded documents, usage records and security logs needed to operate G Inventory.
How information is used
Information is used to provide inventory features, AI-assisted recognition, customer support, security and billing records.
AI processing
Documents selected for AI recognition are sent securely to the configured AI provider. Customers must review detected results before inventory changes are confirmed.
Retention and deletion
Expired accounts become read-only immediately. Company data is retained for 90 days and is deleted only after platform-owner confirmation. Operational backups follow a separate rotation.
